Remap was founded in 1964 to make customised equipment for people with disabilities.
Remap designs, engineers, makes and supplies this unique equipment free of charge, helping those in need to achieve greater independence and to enjoy opportunities that would otherwise be closed to them.
The Remap Kent Panel covers the whole of Kent and Thanet – from Tunbridge Wells in the West to the coastal town of Ramsgate in the East, and from Dover to Dartford.
We have a team of 40 engineers, craftsmen and health professionals who volunteer their time and expertise, working together to provide solutions to everyday problems encountered by people with disabilities. Our engineering solutions can increase the ability to communicate, to take up creative hobbies, and to enjoy the freedom to travel.
Last year we helped over 80 people, bringing them a better quality of life.
